During your holiday, you’ll have only the beach and the lake in front of you, since all two-room flats on the first floor enjoy a view of the lake, and apartments on the ground floor have an outdoor terrace with direct access to the beach. The Residence’s truly enviable position provides direct access to an adjacent cycling path and is only a few minutes’ walk from the important sailing centers of Arco and Torbole (Circolo Vela Arco boating club, Circolo Surf Torbole windsurf club and Lido Blu Surf Center).

Besides the unique, enjoyable position that makes the House on the Lake truly special, the apartments have everything you require for meeting your needs: convenient indoor parking, lay-up area for surfboards and equipped sailboats, ping pong, and heat with independent thermostat.

As is true for the rooms in the Residence Toblini, living room with hideaway bed for 2 persons, a separate bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, kitchenette with cooker and fridge, sink (hot/cold water), stainless steel kitchenware, dishes, glasses, flatware, coffee machine, shower, WC, terrace or balcony.

And remember that guests staying in the House on the Lake enjoy full use of the facilities and services
at the Residence Toblini.
