A STUDIO APARTMENT is ideal for two persons who want an intimate place to stay: 25 sq. m of practical features comprising a habitable living room and wall-mounted double bed with orthopaedic mattresses and wooden mattress support, a kitchen corner, a bathroom and a balcony.

A STANDARD ONE-ROOM FLATcan host up to a maximum of three persons and is composed of a living room with double wardrobe bed featuring orthopaedic mattresses and wooden mattress supports, a single sofa bed, a separate kitchen area, a bathroom and a balcony.
This type of apartment has a view of the mountains.

A SUPERIOR ONE-ROOM FLAT not only has all the comforts of the standard version, but also offers a distinctive, splendid view of the broad garden of the Residence, so you can admire the surrounding greenery.
