Torbole is located at 70 m ASL, and its many surrounding mountains reach and exceed 2000 meters. We mentioned this to give you an idea of the numerous paths and routes of varying difficulty in the area, such as the countless trails that run along the lake, river, streams and mountains; they’ll reward you with great views and panoramas wherever you look. Besides the equipment and services you’ll find at the Residence, you can take advantage of a host of bicycle rental and repair centers in the vicinity.

Mountain bike
Torbole stands at an altitude of only 70 m above sea level and is surrounded by a large mountain range with peaks over 2000 metres high. This will give you an idea of the vast range of biking paths and difficulty levels at your disposal among the many routes that run along the lake shore, the river, streams and mountains of the area .... amazing you with a 360° view of unforgettable landscape.
In addition to all the equipment and services you will find inside the Residence, at the nearby Carpentari Bike Shop you will enjoy special discounts reserved for our guests.

Windsurfing & Sailing

The Residence Toblini is located only 100 meters from the lake, while Toblini House lies directly on the beach. These enviable positions are the ideal solution for those who practice or compete in water sports. Trolleys are available for transporting windsurfing boards, which can be stored in a closed, supervised area inside the Residence. And at the Lido Blu Surf Center, you can enjoy discounts and special offers reserved for our guests.
Sailboat owners can take advantage of a parking area for trailers (must be booked) and can rent rubber dinghies and other equipment upon request. We’re only a five minute walk from the Circolo Vela Arco sail club, where important international competitive events are held. Also, a small marina with a slipway for small boats (Optimist and Laser) is only two minutes on foot from the Residence.

Inside the Residence, we’ve even set aside a briefing area with a hall where trainers can give lessons in theory and review training sessions. It’s equipped with a 42" plasma TV for use as a "video clinic".
