• 1-roomed apartment (A)(2-3 persons):
  Day/Night area with hide-away double bed with orthopedic mattress, a sofa bed for one person, eating area, kitchenette or kitchen with fridge, electric plates, sink, stainless steel kitchenware, dishes, glasses, flatware, coffee machine, direct line telephone, shower, WC, balcony.
  
  
• 1-roomed apartment with garden view (A superior)(2-3 persons):
  Day/Night area with hide-away double bed with orthopedic mattress, a sofa bed for one person, eating area, kitchenette or kitchen with fridge, electric plates, sink, stainless steel kitchenware, dishes, glasses, flatware, coffee machine, direct line telephone, shower, WC, balcony.
  
  
• Apartment (2 rooms)(B)(max 4 persons)
  Day/Night area with hide-away double bed with orthopedic mattress, couch, eating area, separate bedroom with 2 beds, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric plates, dishes, glasses, flatware, coffee machine, direct line telephone, closet, shower, WC, bidet, balcony or terrace. Additional 5 th persons bed on request, rate to be agreed.
  
  
• Useful tips and information:
• Children’s rates are equivalent to adults’ rates, regardless of age.
  
  Dogs are admitted subject to your advance notice and our confirmation, in which case a € 25,00 supplement shall be added to the final cleaning costs.
  
  
• Accessory costs:
  € 30.00 for final cleaning of Type S and Type A, € 40.00 for Type B. Second car, only if booked ahead: parking rate € 5,00 per day.
  Boat trolley parking spot provided only if booked ahead
  
  
• Rates include:
  electricity, gas, cold and hot water, access to indoor & outdoor pools, tourist tax, parking for 1 car per apartment, storage of surf boards and bikes in storage room, garage, 1 surf transport trolley, satellite TV in common TV room.
  
  
• We do not supply:
  bed and bath linen. Bed linen can be rented for € 10.00 per person per change.
  
  
• Arrival: Saturdays, after 4.00 p.m.
  Please inform us per telefon (+39 0464 505123) if you will be arriving after 22.00 P.M.!!
  Departure: Saturdays, by 9.00 a.m.
  
  
• For our guests:
  Laundry room in basement with token-operated washing machine and dryer, small work surface and support for bike wheel assembly. Ice cube machine. Table football, ping-pong, barbecue on request.

• Booking is considered confirmed only upon a 30% deposit of the entire amount due.
