For over forty years, my family, the Toblinis: Aurelio, Stefano and Claudio – my sons, and Giovanna, my wife, have always had the happiness and satisfaction of our guests at heart.
And never before has the safety of our hotel guests been of such utmost importance when it comes to health and financial security.

That’s why we’re offering our guests the possibility of selecting an insured rate: the BeSafe Rate, which protects you without risk.

How does it work?

By booking our insured rate, you’re guaranteed a refund of your deposit under the following conditions:
lhe BeSafe Rate will cover your deposit by refunding you from 85% up to 100% of the amount you paid, in the cases specified, and will allow you to take advantage of  cancellation insurance, free of charge, for unexpected events, such as: illness, accidents, hospitalization, or natural disasters, and also cancellations caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The data controller is Toblini Apartments srl, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE srl, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by SIMPLE BOOKING srl, Controller maintainer for booking and CRM services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it any time and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
