For over forty years, my family, the Toblinis: Aurelio, Stefano and Claudio – my sons, and Giovanna, my wife, have always had the happiness and satisfaction of our guests at heart.
And never before has the safety of our hotel guests been of such utmost importance when it comes to health and financial security.

That’s why we’re offering our guests the possibility of selecting an insured rate: the BeSafe Rate, which protects you without risk.

How does it work?

By booking our insured rate, you’re guaranteed a refund of your deposit under the following conditions:
The BeSafe Rate will cover your deposit by refunding you from 85% up to 100% of the amount you paid, in the cases specified, and will allow you to take advantage of  cancellation insurance, free of charge, for unexpected events, such as: illness, accidents, hospitalization, or natural disasters, and also cancellations caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

  • è conservato per conto del Titolare da SIMPLE BOOKING srl, mantainer del Titolare per i servizi di booking e CRM, negli archivi cloud e relativi backup a loro volta gestiti in ottemperanza al GDPR per tutta la durata contrattuale con il Titolare -che ne può disporre in ogni momento e fino a successiva cancellazione.
  • non verrà ceduto ad altri terzi, non verrà utilizzato per campagne di marketing salvo non sia contestualmente autorizzata tale opportunità.
  • verrai profilato in base alle informazioni contenute e il dato potrà essere utilizzato per elaborazione statistica.
