two-roomed apartment (max 4 persons)
About 50 sq. m.: Living room with hideaway bed for 2 persons, a separate bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, kitchenette with cooker and fridge, sink (hot/cold water), stainless steel kitchenware, dishes, glasses, flatware, coffee machine, shower, WC, terrace or balcony.
Ev. 5 th person € 50,00 extra-fee per week.
Children’s rates are equivalent to adults’ rates, regardless of age.
Dogs are admitted subject to your advance notice and our confirmation, in which case a € 40,00 supplement shall be added to the final cleaning costs.
Accessory costs:
gas, hot water, heating (consumption indicated by meter), final cleaning €50.00. Second car, only if booked ahead: parking rate € 5,00 per day.
Boat trolley parking spot provided only if booked ahead.
Rates include:
electricity, cold water, tourist tax, surf board storage, parking for 1 car per apartment, access to the indoor and outdoor pool of Residence Toblini.
We do not supply:
bed and bath linen. Bed & bath linen can be rented for € 10.00 per person per change.
