Terms and conditions for staying in Torbole at the Toblini Residence

Our holiday apartments in Torbole sul Garda on Garda Lake are available from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm and must be vacated by 9:30 am.
If there are any requests to check-in at special times, we kindly ask you to inform us well in advance so that we can meet your requirements
We are always at your complete disposal.
The reception desk is open every day: from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Small-medium sized dogs (max 15 kg) are allowed. As we care about their well-being, we inform you that they can only stay in the "comfort" type apartments. As we do not provide bed linen and towels, we ask guests to provide their own. The supplement required is € 10 per day (without food).
Several languages are spoken in the Toblini Apartments. We speak Italian, German, English, Spanish and French. Smoking is forbidden in all areas inside the Residence and the Casa al Lago. All apartments are non-smoking. The tourist tax is € 0.70 per person per day and is to be paid on site. Children under the age of 14 and stays of over ten nights are exempt.
- The final cleaning of each apartment at the end of the stay costs € 60.00. We kindly ask our guests to dispose of their waste in the dedicated areas outside the two accommodation facilities.
- The cost of bed linen is € 10 per person per stay while the cost of towels is € 5 per person per stay. The total amount of the complete kit is € 15 per person per stay.
- Up to mid-April and from the end of September the Casa al Lago holiday apartments are heated. At the end of your charming holiday holiday on Garda Lake the relative amount will be charged according to consumption and meter readings.
The reservation is confirmed only after paying a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer to the following bank account details registered to RESIDENCE TOBLINI SNC

The cancellation of a holiday is an unfortunate event both for holiday makers and for the managers of the accommodation facilities. We therefore ask you to please respect the following cancellation policies.
- Up to 7 days before the day of arrival: the cancellation fee is € 150 per apartment. The amount will be deducted from the deposit that will be refunded minus € 150.
- From 6 days to 1 day before arrival: the total amount of the deposit will be withheld.
- In case of a no show you will be charged 100% of the total booking.
To settle the balance of your booking, we only accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash up to € 2999,99
- Debit card Maestro
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì)
